Job: Product Owner / Delivery Manager

Location: Dublin 2 (site based)

We are looking for a talented Product Manager / Business Analyst for a transformative and ambitious Fintech business who are dedicated to transforming the financial services landscape with innovative digital solutions via a SaaS deployment model.

As a Delivery Product Owner/Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering detailed requirements, engaging with clients, creating user stories, developing mock-ups, work closely with development teams and help coordinate delivery. This role demands an inquisitive and versatile individual who is also willing to contribute to other aspects of the project lifecycle, including testing and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Document and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.
• Ensure all requirements are captured and validated.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients to discuss project status, updates, and feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise user stories and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories are well-understood and actionable.
• Design and create mock-ups using tools like Figma.
• Present mock-ups to clients and gather feedback for iterative improvement.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure alignment with user needs and project goals.
• Work with QA team and participate in testing prep and execution activities as needed, to ensure
• developed solutions meet requirements.
• Help triage issues with developers
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Help to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

Customer Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and
• maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Manage customer change requests, expectations, and priorities, ensuring
• alignment with our platform's capabilities.
• Provide regular updates, insights, and strategic guidance to customers,
• advocating for their needs while balancing business objectives.
• Navigate and manage difficult conversations with professionalism and a
• solutions-focused approach.

Project Governance & Oversight:

• Ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines and scope, providing
• internal and external governance.
• Track progress, report on key milestones, and identify risks or blockers early.
• Drive accountability across teams, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets
• both customer and business expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Ideally worked closely with customers and built relationships and business opportunites
• Ideally gained over 3 years Project management/delivery experience.
• Gained some Account management expeirence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Confluence (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Experience working in a technology or software development environment.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
