About Your Future Role

You will be placed in an international and dynamic team. You will deal with the governance and the management of cloud infrastructures and collaborate in the infrastructural definition of the provision of services.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Be

Engage in support and architectural advisory services
Responsible for Incident response and resolution management
Responsible for maintenance management of scoped services and systems integrations
Engage in specific security, compliance and audit enabling features and processes for scoped platforms
Engage in specific capacity, cost and availability management for scoped platforms
Responsible for platform operations
Engage in systems architecture
Responsible for systems and reliability engineering with automation, scripting and orchestration techniques
Program, test, debug, monitor, maintain and improve systems quality
Identify and plan IT system resources
Identify potential performance problems and security issues
Define system requirements, determination of system specifications, processes and working parameters
Maintain and supervise programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
Document systems configurations
Participate in different projects
Participate in analysis of change requests
Provide end user documentation
Provide knowledge and know-how transfer within the team
Encourage teamwork inside the team

Qualifications Needed To Be Successful In This Role

Bachelor or similar degree in information technology or adequate professional education and business experience,
Extensive knowledge and experience of IT systems engineering and performance monitoring tools/techniques,
Knowledge of IT systems development and operations processes

Kubernetes, AKS, Istio, CertManager
Azure storage services, Azure Keyvault service
Azure networking - Azure Virtual WAN, Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, Frontdoor, Azure DNS, Azure Load Balancer
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – Oracle Compute instances, Oracle Virtual Network, Oracle Load Balancer, Oracle Base Database services and Exadata cluster
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – AWS Virtual Private Cloud/Direct Connect/Transit Gateway, AWS ELB, AWS Groups, Roles and Policies
Scripting and automation technologies - Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation
Security technologies with experience with cryptographic APIs, TLS, X-509, LDAP, OAuth
Server-side development - .Net / Java / Go
Version control and build management - Git / Azure DevOps / Jenkins
