Duration: 2 years

Tasks to be performed:

  • Detailed “as-is” functional specification of the features in the current JADE system
  • Identification of the common functionalities and the gaps in relation to the ASApp IT tool
  • Description of “As-is” and “To-be” workflows
  • Define the business requirements for the missing functionality in ASApp:
  • Data model
  • Detailed specification of new features to be implemented
  • Detailed list of data fields with all types & properties
  • Use cases (i.e. user stories) and actors
  • Business processes and Status diagrams
  • Events
  • Application screens
  • Access rights to screens, buttons and fields
  • Business rules
  • Alerts and notifications
  • Documents
  • Data Warehouse and universe extension with a detailed DGO template describing each new field with allproperties needed, according to the best practices of Data Governance Office.
  • Reporting requirements and list of reports to be developed
  • Taking into account “dynamic” data fields, which might change over time according to the project life cycle
  • Test plan
  • Identification of potential IT functional improvements with regards to future requests in line with the JASPERSmanagement needs


Management of the data migration from JADE to ASApp by elaborating a field-to-fieldmigration document.

Project test approach

  • Test plan based on the requirements
  • Execution of the test plan, detection and tracking of bugs (e.g. JIRA)
  • Testing the IT deliveries in ASApp
  • Testing of universe extension and BO reports specified above
  • Coordination of test activities between AS, IT, JASPERS, PJ
  • Obtaining endorsement of concerned partners after successful testing phase


Training and documentation

  • Documentation of the new solutions
  • Training of all users of JASPERS and the relevant colleagues of PJ by training sessions and individual coaching


Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum 7years of experience
  • Project management, both agile & waterfall knowledge would be an advantage
  • Experience in agile software development
  • Projects with enterprise scale applications and systems
  • Stakeholders management, project reporting to management level
  • At least 7years’ experiencein business requirement analysis
  • Business requirements gathering
  • Functional and technical analysis
  • Experience in testing of business software
  • Communication and user training skills
  • Excellent written communication & presentation skills in English
  • Experience with data warehouse and reporting solutions in Business Objects
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach to complex problem resolution
  • The Advisory Services Application (ASApp), the IT solution for the Bank’s Technical Assistance (TA) and Advisory activities, was launched on 12th April 2019 after the successful completion of the first phase of the project. The system is used by more than 500 internal users from various business areas and includes the whole lifecycle of advisory operations: advisory origination, team assignment, internal approval, procurement of consultants or internal expertise, contract award, follow-up of deliveries and payment calendars, contracts, cost accounting and time & labour documentation.
