- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high-quality within constraints.
- Collaborate and work with partners in tech and art teams.
- Create new ideas and take external ideas and goals and work towards those.
- Take a holistic approach to quality and delivery to ensure that the feature set and corresponding execution creates the best possible product.
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and improve ideas.
- Be responsible for seeing designs through implementation until release.

Regardless of your qualifications, these are a few things we're always looking for:
- Passion. You love working on video games and are always looking to learn more.
- A sense of humility and an ability to thrive in a team environment. You ask for help when you need it and you want to help your teammates when they need it.
- A knack for time management. You know when to go deeper on a task, and you know when it's time to push through, finish a task and move onto the next thing. Quality is important, but time is finite.
