DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an DevOps Engineer (local contract) to work within our BPCE IT business unit.

The Digital Infrastructure Department (DID) oversees the implementation of the Private Cloud, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery solutions for the IT teams.

At the heart of DevOps, this direction has a team of Devops System Team to support the production environment of DevOps tools within Natixis and BPCE-IT. We are looking for a DevOps to help in whole production tasks as tools upgrading, monitoring, assure the quality of service to support IT teams in the use of agile infrastructures. Agility is at the heart of our practices and the 4 values of agility must be integrated into the candidate’s mindset. He must have good technical skills to support his discourse on DevOps culture (CALMS).

Qualifications

• Jira;
• Bitbucket (or GIT);
• Jenkins;
• TFS/Azure DevOps;
• XL Deploy;
• XL Release;
• Python;
• A good knowledge of the use and creation of APIs to automate is a plus;
• The DevOps culture must also be well understood and the methods to implement it must be mastered.

• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• DevOps mindset;
• Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment;
• Willingness to learn and evolve;
• Good communication skills;
• Good priority definition skills;
• Ability of analysis and synthesis.
