What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate interactions between business and IT areas, ensuring alignment and communication;
• Document and communicate the results of developments, implementations, and operations;
• Collect critical information for stakeholder meetings, producing comprehensive reports and memorandums;
• Monitor and report on the progress of project plans and performance metrics;
• Develop and oversee budget control and planning for assigned projects.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or similar roles;
• Proven ability to create and manage functional documents (e.g., business requirements, process flow diagrams, etc.);
• Strong skills in producing and presenting periodic reports (e.g., Steerings, Project Status Updates);
• Experience in developing business cases to support project decision-making;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

Nice to have:

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project);
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master).
