This is a high-impact role where you will:

• 🛠 Lead a talented team of 4 mid-to-senior DevOps engineers during a transformative phase of innovation and growth
• 🔄 Drive the migration to Kubernetes, replacing tools like Nomad, and optimize the AWS-based infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
• 🚀 Work with state-of-the-art technologies, including Kafka, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, and the HashiCorp ecosystem (Consul, Nomad, Terraform)
• 🌐 Play a key role in replicating existing infrastructure for new environments, adapting systems for seamless integration with global clients

👩‍💻 What we’re looking for:

We need a tech leader who can inspire, innovate, and execute. Specifically, you bring:

• ✅ Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and team management
• ✅ Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, and robust CI/CD practices
• ✅ A visionary mindset to propose innovative strategies while ensuring system resilience
• ✅ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams across the US, Japan, and Europe
