Site Reliability Engineer

As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what’s behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client’s portfolio.

Missions:

• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other risk assessment techniques.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement programs.
• Analyze equipment failure data to identify root causes and trends.
• Perform reliability testing and analysis.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Participate in equipment design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability issues.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor, Master diploma or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of extensive work experience in maintenance
• Professional experience under a regulated environment (ATEX, GMP ...)
• Reliable team player and able to work with multiple departments at different levels of the organization (engineering, quality assurance, EHS, …)
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
