What We Expect from You?

• To plan the Planned Maintenance activities and to be ensure the implementation,
• To direct the team in breakdown maintenance activities, to perform root cause analysis of the breakdowns and to implement preventive actions,
• To have knowledge in industrial software and automation methods, to develop himself/herself and to train the team in this direction,
• Manage the maintenance budget and activities according to determined budget,
• Prepare the critical spare part list for critical equipments and to request the stock of spare parts according to Eti Maintenance Management System,
• Support and develop the Autonomous Maintenance activities and prepare necessary training for operators,
• Implement the calibration activities which are under maintenance team responsibility,
• Follow the energy management system and consumptions, report the result to all factory teams,
• Prepare energy saving projects and kaizens to reduce the consumption,
• To be direct member or leader to PM Committee and Join the other committee activities for TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) actions,
• Direct and coordinate, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes of ETI Technical Standards,

• If you have good communication in English - upper intermediate,
