We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead .NET to lead a team of talented .NET and Angular developers. You will oversee the design and development of a cloud-based SaaS platform for financial reporting and regulatory compliance. This role is both technical and managerial, requiring strong expertise in .NET technologies, leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to success in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers and Angular front-end engineers.
• Oversee the development of backend components using .NET C# and integration with front-end applications built with Angular.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Maintain the performance, security, and scalability of the system.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables through code reviews and performance testing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and front-end integration.
• Expertise in database technologies, including MongoDB and/or SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching developers to achieve their best potential.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance systems is a plus.

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $17,000.00 to $20,000 Net RON Per Month, based on experience and expertise. We believe in compensating our dedicated team members fairly for their hard work and commitment. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
