We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and successfully deliver various projects for our client.

The person in this role will be responsible for managing communication with internal/external teams and clients, negotiating with clients on various project aspects, including claim management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality requirements.


Responsibilities

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure smooth and continuous communication between different stakeholders (internal teams, subcontractors, clients, etc.).
  • Facilitate collaboration and inter-team problem-solving to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Client Contact and Negotiation:

  • Negotiate project terms, contractual adjustments, and necessary modifications during the project lifecycle with internal teams.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management:

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
  • Analyze risks and propose solutions to minimize negative impacts.
  • Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders.


Required Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in an international environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong skills in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, English, and German.


Profile:

  • Degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage remote teams.
