Security and Privacy Engineer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a cybersecurity expert with system security experience, focusing on securing systems and ensuring privacy. 

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity with a focus on system security (e.g., network security, application security, security operations).
• Strong understanding of security by design and privacy by design principles.
• Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Ability to integrate security and privacy controls into the development process to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
• This role is primarily focused on system security and privacy; experience in data security or compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) will not be as relevant for this position.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong background in cybersecurity and system security (including network security, application security, and threat detection).
• Experience with security operations, such as managing security tools and implementing security procedures.
• Knowledge of privacy concepts and experience ensuring privacy is built into solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to address security and privacy concerns.
