Business Analytics and Reporting Executive

We are seeking a Business Analytics and Reporting Executive for our client operating in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering faculties.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics and reporting projects.
• Proficient in SQL database design and querying.
• Knowledgeable in business intelligence technologies (e.g., MS Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and data structures.
• Capable of updating reports in line with database structure changes.
• Skilled in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from diverse sources.
• Ability to analyze the needs of business units and prepare analysis/test documentation.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Oracle ERP systems.
• Familiar with RPA solutions (e.g., UIPath).
• Proactive with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Quick to adapt to new technologies and applications.
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, and enhance reporting requests from business units.
• Provide solutions tailored to business unit requests, manage and guide consultants as needed.
• Offer technical consultancy for new demands.
• Manage external resources and oversee technical task follow-ups.
• Lead projects related to robotic process automation (RPA) and AI applications.
