UX/UI Designer

Currently, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who will join our team.

You will:

• Conducting user research: Collecting and analyzing data on user needs and behaviors to create products tailored to their expectations.
• Creating prototypes and mockups: Designing interactive prototypes and mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Usability testing: Organizing and conducting usability tests, analyzing results, and implementing necessary improvements.
• Designing user interfaces: Creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
• Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably including work with complex digital environments.
• Proficiency in UX software such as Sketch or Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Experience with user research methodologies, user testing, and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English
