Salary: up to 140 PLN net + VAT/h (B2B) depending on your professional experience

Work model: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design data science projects.
• Interpret and analyze complex data challenges.
• Visualize data insights and create detailed reports.
• Experiment with innovative models and techniques.
• Develop analytic systems and predictive models.
• Evaluate the performance of data-driven products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including techniques like text classification.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, with a self-starter mindset, analytical approach, creativity, and curiosity.
• Strong communication skills to present insights effectively to the business team.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, SageMaker, Lambda, Comprehend).
• Knowledge of building Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with developing Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) pipelines.
• Experience in test-driven development.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Domain knowledge in customer experience or marketing & sales.
