IT Security Project Manager

  • Managing and coordinating cybersecurity implementation projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2)
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing security policies for the organization's IT systems
  • Managing cryptographic measures and encryption, ensuring the appropriate implementation of data protection methods
  • Developing policies and procedures for detecting, reporting, and managing vulnerabilities in IT systems
  • Implementing strong access control measures, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other technologies to ensure a high level of security
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented security measures through appropriate audit policies and procedures
  • Developing and maintaining incident response plans, including procedures for detecting, analyzing, and reporting incidents. Establishing processes for prompt reporting of significant security incidents in compliance with applicable regulations and required notification deadlines
  • Organizing regular cybersecurity training for all employees, including management, to increase awareness of potential threats
  • Developing and implementing business continuity strategies to minimize operational downtime and mitigate losses in the event of cybersecurity incidents
  • Implementing security measures to manage risks associated with the supply chain, ensuring the resilience and integrity of suppliers and business partners
  • Promoting cybersecurity best practices and basic computer hygiene among employees to create a secure and resilient digital environment


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
  • Practical knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP, GDPR, NIS2)
  • Ability to conduct threat analysis and risk assessments in IT systems
  • Strong leadership skills for managing project teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Effective technical communication skills for IT teams and senior management
  • Fluent English proficiency (B2/C1) in technical and business contexts
