Salary:

• up to 850 PLN net + VAT/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience

• up to 12,800 PLN gross/month (contract of employment)

Work model: Location acceptable: all Polish locations, preferred Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Łódź. Hybrid/remote setup to be discussed with hiring stakeholders directly

Business analytics persons is required to support BCCM capacity manager with:

1. demand planning, governance setup/improvements, workshops,

2. facilitate and execute on the short term capacity free up initiatives.

3. facilitate and execute on the long term capacity free up initiatives.

Role Description:

This role will support BCCM WS4 capacity management project’s activities to ensure that they are delivered in a timely and appropriate manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Identify data sources for capacity forecast

• Establish communication channels to coordinate capacity requests and delivery

• Collect capacity requirements from BCCM workstreams

• Analyze the data and prepare short and long term forecast

• Plan and co-ordinate capacity free up initiatives

• Manage, monitor and report on the progress capacity delivery and free up initiatives

• Create Capacity plan overviews for discussion and approval from key stakeholders Qualification:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and work in Excel

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
