Product Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to product development and performance. Your role involves providing insights to support decision-making processes and contributing to the improvement of product strategies

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Writeclear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.

● Analyzecustomer data, feedback and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention

● Analyzedatato identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.

● Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.

● Conductproduct research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.

● Supportinonboarding flow and enterprise process management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Strongtechnical knowledge and understanding of business .

● Proventrack record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first approach.

● English and Arabic Speaker.

● Previousworking experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 year(s).

● In-depthknowledge of Agile (Scrum) process and principles .

● Topcommunication, presentation and leadership skills.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Strongproblemsolving skills
