What You’ll Do

As the Founding Mobile Engineer, you will:

• Build from Scratch: Design, develop, and launch our flagship mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Architect Solutions: Define the technical architecture for cross-platform GenAI products, ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience.

• Integrate AI Models: Work closely with our AI/ML team to integrate Generative AI models into the mobile experience, optimizing for performance and usability.

• Lead Development: Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including prototyping, coding, testing, and iteration.

• Shape the Product: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product features and functionality.

• Establish Standards: Set up best practices for mobile development, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and coding standards.

• Grow the Team: Help build and mentor a world-class mobile engineering team as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a visionary engineer who is:

• Experienced: 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development with a strong portfolio of iOS OR Android applications. Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.

• AI-Savvy: Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into mobile applications, including working with APIs like TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, or ONNX.

• A Builder: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with experience building products from the ground up.

• Technically Strong: Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and platform-specific best practices.

• User-Centric: Passionate about creating intuitive, delightful user experiences powered by advanced technology.

• Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Innovative: Excited about the potential of Generative AI and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with GenAI tools like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of backend systems and APIs to support mobile applications.

• Prior experience in a founding or early-stage startup role
