We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with solid illustration skills and a knack for visual storytelling to join our marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through engaging designs that resonate with our audience. If you have a keen eye for color, typography, and composition—and love transforming ideas into captivating visuals—we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Creating visually engaging illustrations and design assets for both print and digital collateral, including social media graphics, product brochures, eBooks, presentation slides, roll-up banners, digital ads, infographics, and more.
• Helping to shape the development and ongoing evolution of our brand.
• Bringing a user-focused mindset to ensure our designs speak to the behaviors and expectations of our buyer personas.
• Managing the design process from concept to completion, incorporating feedback from team members and other stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Experiences

• Experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on branding and marketing.
• Strong illustration skills and portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
• Deep understanding of brand identity and marketing principles.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity.
• An understanding of B2B marketing tactics.

Where You'll Work

Our office in Vika, Oslo is a hub for collaboration, featuring inviting communal spaces that encourage interaction and idea sharing. While we provide flexibility, we prefer a physical presence in our office minimally 3 days a week.
