We are seeking a Director of SRE/DevOps for an innovative Series-C Scale-Up revolutionising customer service within the e-commerce space.

The team have developed their own AI powered customer support platform designed specifically for e-commerce businesses. The platform helps to centralize customer interactions from various channels, including email, social media, live chat, and SMS which helps businesses enhance customer satisfaction, streamline support operations, and ultimately drive sales growth

Your mission will be to lead the high-performing SRE/DevOps division to scale the core infrastructure 5x/10x in alignment with the company’s rapid growth. You will also take ownership of all security aspects of the platform whilst providing a high level of technical/strategic direction and leadership.

We are seeking a Director of SRE/DevOps with the following experience:

• Experience leading high-performing SRE/DevOps teams in rapidly growing companies.
• A strong technical background in Software Engineering (Python/Golang)
• Strong experience scaling Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
• Security focused experience - Disaster recovery, Risk management, Incident response processes.

Compensation: Base up to €135,000+ Equity and wider benefits.

Location: Paris- (Hybrid 2 days per week in-office)
