This role is more of a site assistant/project coordinator role.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supports with the preparation of monthly reports and the facilitation and delivery of performance reporting and reviews.
• Support the project managers and construction managers on project scheduling.
• Support the team in reviewing construction drawings and designs.
• Helping the team in implementing health and safety procedures and requirements.
• Support the project on administrative work (progress photos, reports, minutes, inspection, etc).
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site.
• Knowledge of site health and safety procedures and requirements.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to read and understand construction programmes.
• Produce site reports and records.
• Use Microsoft office suite of software.
• Use Microsoft project.
  
  

You’ll Also Have

• General awareness/understanding of construction projects and/or consultancy.
• General awareness of construction and project management process.
• Some basic/introductory experience supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and project controls services.
• Good interpersonal skills and potential ability to form effective working relationships.
• Able to effectively collaborate with others.
• Ability to articulate complex information and ideas for a non-technical audience.
• Attention to detail.
• Seeks to continuously improve.
