Product Designer

Help shape the future of gaming commerce. We're looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join our team and build the next generation of ecommerce experiences for the gaming industry.

As the Product Designer at Neon, you'll craft intuitive, delightful experiences that bridge the gap between gaming and web commerce. You'll work directly with our team to shape our product from the ground up, with significant autonomy and impact.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a best-in-class ecommerce platform specifically tailored for the games industry
• Craft seamless experiences that extend mobile game design languages to web interfaces
• Develop and scale our design system as we grow
• Create rapid prototypes, demos, and other go-to-market assets for customer presentations
• Design enterprise-grade dashboard experiences with complex workflows
• Collaborate closely with engineering to build pragmatic, implementable solutions

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience in technical product spaces (fintech, ecomm)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Experience designing ecommerce, payments, or marketplace products
• Deep understanding of and ability to quickly develop on gaming aesthetics and UI patterns
• Track record of building and scaling design systems
• Experience with enterprise dashboard design and complex user permissions
• Ability to create quick, high-quality prototypes
• Strong documentation and communication skills

1. Portfolio review and initial conversation with our Product lead
2. Design exercise: Translating a sample mobile game to an out-of-app webshop
