AI Trainer - Arabic (Qatar)

We are seeking a skilled AI Trainer to work on a cutting-edge project involving the creation, analysis, and labeling of conversational data for large language models (LLMs).

The role focuses on crafting and annotating prompts and responses that include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring the development of high-quality interaction data for real-world use cases. This work is crucial for enhancing PII detection and management capabilities within LLM systems.

The pay rate for this role is $13 USD per hour. This role is only available to applicants residing in Qatar and is expected to start in January 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Create diverse and realistic user prompts containing PII, reflecting real-world scenarios.
• Evaluate and annotate LLM responses to user prompts.
• Use provided guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate labeling.
• Perform regular checks to ensure data annotation accuracy.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and guidelines for prompt and response generation.

Requirements

• Native speaker of Arabic, specifically of dialects spoken in Qatar
• Professional-level English skills (i.e., able to communicate with team members and read instructions in English)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• General knowledge in online communication, such as Microsoft Teams
• High level of confidentiality to handle personal information
• Able to follow directions and perform repetitive, time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently

Nice to have:

• Diploma or professional certificate in any field, preferably in linguistics/languages
• Experience in data annotation

Commitment: This is a fully remote independent contractor position that will be staffed directly with HireArt's client. It is available to candidates currently located in Qatar.
