UX/UI Designer - AI Assistant team

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer in the AI Assistant team, you'll join our small, fast-moving product team to create intuitive flows and designs leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. You'll collaborate daily with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers to create intuitive flows and designs that help our internal teams in Wix with their own assistants, as well as Wix users with their businesses. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Conduct end-to-end design cycles, including monitoring conversations, research, ideation, low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and usability testing
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and other designers to ensure UX solutions align with our AI Assistant vision and user needs
• Translate complex AI-powered functionalities into easy-to-use designs
• Present and validate design decisions through data and user feedback
• Adapt quickly to evolving product requirements, AI innovations, and context-switching, ensuring alignment with different vertical needs and priorities
• Contribute to design guidelines to maintain consistent and scalable design patterns
• Continuously refine and evolve designs based on vertical needs, user needs, and insights from both quantitative (analytics, metrics) and qualitative (user testing, interviews) data, as well as business needs
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in product teams
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of UX best practices—from research to final design handoff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive and independent mindset
• Team-oriented approach, comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Adaptability, creativity, and eagerness to experiment with new ideas
• Strong problem-solving skills, combined with a curious, AI-first mindset
• Experience designing AI-driven products - an advantage
• Familiarity with web design or development - an advantage
