What You'll Do

You will be part of a cross region team and will be responsible for day to day operations of SuccessFactors JAM, Recruting Marketing and Recruiting Posting application.

• Troubleshooting of applications outages and issues
• Service Request delivery
• Customer Incident handling
• Executing application related projects (Security pathing, architecture changes etc.)
• Providing on call, once in a month, only on the weekend
• Operations script development
• Application Build and validation
• Alert management and related activities
• Security management
• Take care of a Kubernetes Application
• Release management
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve services
• Onboard new application features

What you"ll bring:

• 3-5 years of work experience. 
• Expert knowledge in Linux environment.
• Experience with windows servers
• Experience with kubernetes
• Understanding of cloud architecture is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of JAVA technology application
• Automation skills, knowledge in Python, Jenkins, Shell is an advantage
