General Description

Drive the design process including research and analysis according to requirement on the product and service. Define UX concept and solution of product and service, design IA (Information Architecture) and end-to-end UI workflow based on UI core principle. Collaborate with design leaders, designers and other multi-disciplinary teams including product manager, engineering team, and user researcher also partner company for the successful outcome.

Necessary Skills / Attributes

• Define user’s needs & core values: Specify target user, create persona, and apply user's needs & core values to products & services.
• Conceptualization: Create and visualize core principles & concepts of required products & services based on analysis and market insights.
• Developing Information Architecture & Work-Flow: Design IA & key-screen, end-to-end scenarios & task-flows based on core principles & concepts.
• Comparative analysis and Benchmarking: Find weaknesses & improvement points through comparative analysis of UX about competing products or existing products and apply it to products & services
• Collaboration & communication: Communicate effectively and collaborate with relative teams for the application of design.
• Rapid prototyping & validation: Develop a rapid prototype for validation, conduct quick usability tests, and suggest resolutions about problems detected from validation process.
• Software Skills: MS Office, Visio, Axure, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Basic Understanding of Android Design principles and Development
