A scale-up redefining workforce technology are looking for a creative and commercially-driven Product Designer.

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious company during a pivotal growth phase, shaping the product’s evolution, balancing short-term needs with their long-term vision to create innovative, user-friendly experiences for thousands of frontline workers.

The Role

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver features that enhance core product modules. From conducting customer interviews to refining designs for web and app interfaces, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping a product that simplifies complex operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design process.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to create impactful experiences.
• Be commercially-driven, improving the things that matter and not the things that don't.
• Deliver small pieces quickly, iterating based on user-needs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of product design experience with a killer portfolio to prove it.
• B2B Saas experience
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, or the latest design tech.
• A passion for user-first design and problem-solving.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
