What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network, server, and desktop issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and teams to resolve cases and meet SLAs.
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and suggest solutions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides.

What we are Looking For:

• Basic knowledge/understanding of networking (OSI Model, BGP, VLANs, TCP/IP).
• Experience troubleshooting remotely and using Cisco or Huawei CLI.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Microsoft systems is a plus.
