1st / 2nd Line Network Support Engineer

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network, server, and desktop issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and teams to resolve cases and meet SLAs.
- Identify root causes of recurring problems and suggest solutions.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides.
What we are Looking For:
- Basic knowledge/understanding of networking (OSI Model, BGP, VLANs, TCP/IP).
- Experience troubleshooting remotely and using Cisco or Huawei CLI.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Microsoft systems is a plus.
