Job Description:

Experience required

• Min 5+ years of overall experience.
• 1 year of experience in the parameterization or support of an Avaloq platform
• 3 years of experience in the banking transactional field (Stex, Corpac, Settlement ...)
• Avaloq Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level Avaloq and peripheral support.
• Support, prioritize, coordinate and track production incidents on the Avaloq platform as well as on certain peripherals.
• In collaboration with other entities of the Tech & Ops division, initiate the opening of problems aimed at proposing sustainable solutions to recurring incidents or high impact incidents.

• Level of French: Advance.
• English level: Advance.
