Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our talent acquisition team. You will assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records.
- Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Facilitate background checks and reference verifications.
- Support onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with social media recruiting strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
