Senior Product Manager - Mobile App

Your territory

As part of our Product App team, you will:

• Define new and innovative products and features to help dogs, cats, and pet parents worldwide, making a real impact in the pet-tech industry
• Own the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring user needs and business objectives are met
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, to bring ideas to life
• Drive data-informed decisions, analyzing trends and product performance to continuously improve our offerings
• Prioritize features that deliver maximum impact while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value
• Drive experimentation, testing, and iteration to refine the app experience and achieve measurable results
• Champion an agile development process and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Tractive’s app stays at the forefront of innovation

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on mobile app development
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Good technical understanding, in order to effectively collaborate with engineers
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Valid Austrian work permit

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 55.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
