We are currently seeking an outstanding Agile Coach to join our Agile Organization. You will play a crucial role as the servant leader for your team(s), ensuring clear communication and helping them reach their goals. You will deliver on your data driven coaching agreements which are based on your observation and collaboration with leadership. Your main areas of focus will be on value delivery, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement within your teams.

You will drive the adoption of agile methodologies, facilitate team efficiency by removing impediments, preserve flexibility and the ability to rapidly respond to changes, and collaborate with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within your area.

Qualifications
Experience in the role of an Agile Coach and with senior leadership collaboration, extensive knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies, exceptional communication and leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, ability to determine and implement modern engineering practices, Jira
Required Skills
- Able to train several developers into Scrum Master that are effective and meet goals
- Communicates effectively both with the Scrum Teams, and with internal and external stakeholders to influence progress and drive decision making
- Create a view into the teams’ strengths and areas of improvements supplemented with a plan to get the team into high performance
- Effective understand and coach teams on DevOps - Able to identify gaps in development workflow and make suggestions for improvements
- Effectively facilitates and supports all scrum events including the events around BRP/PI planning
- Guide and lead the teams or Scrum Master on implementing Scrum methodology focusing on timely delivery of high priority features and services on a timely manner
