What Youโll Do:
This is no ordinary HR role โ youโll be at the heart of what makes Onoff a fantastic place to work. Your mission: find, grow, and support the amazing people behind our revolutionary product.
๐ผ Recruitment Rockstar
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Get creative in finding top talent to build a team of Onoffers who share our mission.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience โ from the first interview to the welcome onboard.
๐ Learning and Development Supporter
- Assist managers in identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and development.
- Help ensure every team member has the resources to succeed and grow with us.
๐ Culture and Engagement Champion
- Organise people initiatives and events that promote connection, joy, and engagement.
- Partner with managers to create a work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
- Help keep the Onoff culture alive through meaningful employee experiences.
๐ People Operations Specialist
- Own employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and tools.
- Manage employment contracts, HR systems, and people-related data to ensure smooth operations.
๐ Policy and Process Pro
- Help identify and implement process improvements to make people operations more efficient and impactful.
- Provide support on day-to-day HR queries and ensure a seamless employee experience.
