In today's evolving labor market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments, and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the founders to shape and execute the product roadmap. You will play a critical role in driving our product strategy forward, focusing on developing innovative solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in HR tech, skill management products, or AI SaaS enterprise solutions will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to define and evolve the product roadmap.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Engage in direct research and conduct interviews with our existing clients to gather insights and feedback.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working closely with development, AI, and design teams to bring product ideas to life.
• Participate in design efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive improvements and optimizations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our product offerings.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in HR tech or with an AI SaaS enterprise product.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough market and competitor analysis.
• Strong capability in conducting customer interviews and leveraging insights for product innovation.
• Experience to work collaboratively across multiple teams, including development, AI, and design.
• Experience in product design and user experience is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges in the HR landscape.
• Proficiency in professional English is a must.
