And that's where you come in…

As a Founders Associate (m/f/d) at Consultport (full-time), you'll work side-to-side with the founders and the Chief of Staff on exciting and important management projects. You will gain insights into what it takes to build and scale a successful company internationally, covering aspects such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.

At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion market and learn from successful entrepreneurs who have successfully scaled start-ups.

Your Mission

• Project Management: work on business-critical projects, evaluate their strategic importance, and help the business to grow their products and service portfolio
• Operations Excellence: lead special projects to enable business and operational processes across departments and teams to scale
• International Expansion: manage the critical aspects of our geographical expansion, and enable our operations, product, and international teams to function at their best. At the same time, work closely with our international teams as we grow our global footprint.
• Founder(s) Ad-Hoc Support: support the founder(s) on time-critical projects, and experience what it takes to scale a company on a daily basis

Your Profile

• Recently graduated (Less than 18 months ago) or about to graduate (latest 2025) from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of your class based on grades (Bachelors or Masters)
• Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
• Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or in startups)
• Proficient Excel skills (experience in coding is a plus)
• Fluency in English is a must, German or French is very nice to have
