Parts Product & Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for defined product and market segments in collaboration with sales and product management
• Continuous analysis, monitoring, optimization and structuring of prices and conditions
• Identification of potential measures to increase profitability and their operational implementation
• Manage the entire parts product lifecycle
• Develop pricing strategies for spare parts & accessories
• Analyses sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
• Support collection of market-oriented information on import permits, customs clearance requirements, documents, relevant laws & regulations
• support implementation of spare parts system in subsidiary countries

Requirements:

• Several years of work experience in spare parts marketing with practical experience in spare parts pricing and product management of spare parts
• Experience with price benchmark systems and EU legislation
• Experience in Spare Part life cycle handling incl. recycling and end-of life and re-manufacturing and core handling
• Ideally knowledge on spare parts logistic.
• Strong cross team communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and learning abilities, with strong achievement motivation and stress resistance.
• Possess overall thinking and practical experience in projects under complex business changes.
• Proficient in English communication skills, with German proficiency preferred.
• Experience in setting up processes and implementing IT solutions preferred.
