Senior Performance Tester

Job Description:

Belmont Lavan Ltd is on the lookout for a Senior Performance Tester who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance and scalability of our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to define performance requirements and conduct performance tests to meet those criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter and Azure Load Testing to conduct load, stress, and performance tests
• Analyze test results and provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather performance requirements and define testing benchmarks
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior testers on performance testing best practices
• Ensure optimal performance of applications under varying load conditions and environments
• Document and communicate testing processes, results, and recommendations to stakeholders
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing with proven experience in JMeter and Azure Load Testing
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with cloud services and containerization
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  
  
  

Location: Hybrid working model with a focus on flexibility between remote work and office presence.

Contract Duration: Long-term, with opportunities for further extension.
