About the job:

• Installation and troubleshooting (remote and/or on-site) in the area of enterprise network and security, with a focus on products from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet and Alcatel
• Independent project implementation from planning to operational support
• Supporting the sales team in the presales phase and preparing proof of concepts – Creation of documentation for customer workshops and training courses
• Taking on tasks in the area of managed services
• Specialisation in WLAN and security possible
• Ensuring a long-term and cooperative partnership with our customers
• Willingness to participate in the on-call group
  
  

Who you are:

• You think in bits and bytes and are confident at Layer 1 to Layer 7
• 3-5 years of professional experience in network and network security
• A CCNA or comparable certification
• Advanced knowledge of routing, switching and Cisco Catalyst
• Basic knowledge of firewalling
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel (A company car with 100% private use will be provided for this purpose. The field service share is approx. 50%, the rest is mobile office)

• You have basic knowledge of WLAN
• You have ITIL knowledge or certification
• You have experience with Aruba/Alcatel switching
• You have already achieved Fortinet NSE 4+ or FCP certification

Deine Aufgaben:

• Installation und Troubleshooting (Remote und/oder vor Ort) im Bereich Enterprise Network und Security, mit Schwerpunkt auf Produkten der Hersteller Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet und Alcatel
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektumsetzung von der Planung bis zur Betriebsunterstützung
• Unterstützung des Sales-Teams in der Presales-Phase und Vorbereitung von Proof of Concept
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen für Kundenworkshops und Schulungen
• Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Managed Services
• Spezialisierung auf die Themen WLAN und Security möglich
• Sicherstellung einer langfristigen und partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft-Gruppe
  
  

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Du denkst in Bits und Bytes und bewegst dich sicher auf Layer 1 bis Layer 7
• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Netzwerk- und Netzwerksicherheitsbereich
• Eine CCNA oder eine vergleichbare Zertifizierung
• Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Routing, Switching und Cisco Catalyst
• Basiswissen im Bereich Firewalling
• Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
• Reisebereitschaft (Hierfür wird ein Dienstwagen mit 100% privater Nutzung gestellt. Der Außendienstanteil beträgt ca. 50%, der Rest ist Mobile-Office)

• Du Basiswissen im Bereich WLAN hast
• ITIL-Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierung mitbringst
• Erfahrung mit Aruba/Alcatel Switching gesammelt hast
• Fortinet NSE 4+ oder FCP Zertifizierung bereits erreicht hast
