Website Audit Specialist – Remote Position - 6 Month FTC

Our client are a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing healthcare, and they are looking for a Website Audit Specialist to help ensure the accuracy and functionality of their career site, which features over 1,000 pages. This role will focus on improving the user experience by ensuring all elements of the site are working properly and aligned with their brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Landing Pages: Conduct detailed reviews of 1,000+ career site landing pages, evaluating content, design, and functionality.
• Review All Page Elements: Assess key components like links, images, videos, text, social media icons, banners, menus, and interactive elements.
• Identify Issues: Spot problems such as broken links, missing assets, layout inconsistencies, and content errors.
• Report Findings: Document issues and provide recommendations to improve the user experience.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure every page reflects our brand standards and meets user expectations.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with web development and content teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Track Recommendations: Maintain a detailed record of issues and solutions for approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to identifying inconsistencies.
• Previous experience in website audits, quality assurance, or content management.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, links) is a plus.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.#
