We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong foundation in software development to join our team on a cutting-edge project. This role is perfect for someone who has transitioned from development into business or technical analysis and thrives in an agile environment. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of complex solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
• Use JIRA to manage backlogs, sprints, and workflows effectively.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and validate data.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.
• Identify and resolve technical and business challenges proactively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Background in software development (coding experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with JIRA.
• Confident in SQL coding for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
