Who we are?

To develop the most advanced digital platform in the world (a colleague coined the term the "Uber of roadside assistance"), you need a special team, full-tech, the "fastest to evolve" in the world! Yes, because what interests us is not so much (or only) what you know today... but what you are ready to know tomorrow... putting a lot of passion into it.

Full-stack is already too narrow for us because talking about the backend and frontend is reductive. As it is alsso talking about Java, or Python, or Postgres, or MongoDB, ... We use them all. Where it's needed, as it's needed.

In a microservices architecture that relies (today...we'll see tomorrow;) ) on Docker+Kubernetes.

And with a lot of Machine Learning, but the interesting kind to "get your hands dirty" more than "copy&paste".

So we're creating the best way for our users to request assistance in case of problems with their car: they will be able to speak on the phone (but with a virtual assistant that won't bore them with boring and long messages after which the user can only say "yes", "no", "ek648hj" (the license plate:) ),...but that will understand what they say, as freely as possible; and they will be able to use WhatsApp to chat in the same way, naturally, with a bot; and they will be able to share their location, follow the tow truck on its way.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for developing applications and features for both new and existing projects. Depending on their inclination, they will be directed toward a specific area of expertise based on both their and our objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, but we can consider different degrees or significant experience in the role;
• At least 5 or 6 years of experience in the role;
• Excellent knowledge of core programming principles (design and architectural patterns);
• Excellent understanding of SOLID principles;
• Experience in web application development;
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript;
• Good level of written and spoken English;
• Strong ability to manage and organize assigned tasks independently;
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members;
• A strong desire to challenge oneself, grow, learn what is not yet known, and refine existing knowledge—all together!

What completes the profile:

• Experience in application development within a microservices architecture;
• Experience with Test Driven Development;
• Knowledge of the Scrum framework;
• Willingness to believe in the journey not only as an "employee" but as an active team member;
• Strong motivation to achieve the challenging yet attainable goals we are setting for ourselves.
