Customer Manager - Tietoevry Banking
We are looking for a new Customer Manager, who will join our friendly international Account Management team to manage Tietoevry Banking existing customers. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and executing sales activities for existing Tietoevry customers, market research and strategy planning for a specific region and customers;
- Daily work with customers, planning and managing regular meetings/calls, relationship building and regular communication with middle and top management, customer support with payment strategy and business case building;
- Continuous work on customer satisfaction improvement, new project initiation;
- Business trips, participation in the payments conferences;
- Proposal and agreement preparation considering and following the project profitability ratios and legal aspects in compliance with Tietoevry guidelines;
- Development and expansion of cooperation with regional and global Tietoevry partners;
- Follow-up on product and services compliance with market requirements.
- At least 2 years experience in the role as a sales or account manager or project manager or Business Analysis;
- Bachelor degree in finance, IT or law area;
- Communicability and ability to convince, skills and willingness to build long term relationship with customers;
- Ability to think logically, react rationally, to make independent and educated decisions and to take responsibility;
- Ability to represent the company in a respectable and convincing manner;
- Professional knowledge of MS Office, good presentation skills;
- Fluent English language skills – orally and written, Latvian and Russian knowledge;
- Results focused and highly motivated;
- Preferable experience in IT product and service sales or experience in Bank/Finance sector.
