Senior Developer

We’re hiring a Senior Developer (Go)!

You will be part of a development team to improve and support our infrastructure composed of different REST APIs, payments services and other Blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of software engineering experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience of programming using Go
• Experience in building REST APIs in Go
• Understanding and experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and relational data model
• Knowledge and experience using Redis for different goals (cache, task queues, task queues with debouncing, redis as storage)
• Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe, Paypal, Google Play, Apple Store etc.
• Strong ability to adapt to new environments and learn new technologies

Would be a plus:

• Capability to work with container-based infrastructure and Kubernetes in particular
• Experience with Prometheus metrics
• Understanding of Blockchain technology (Ethereum-based networks), ability to read and understand Smart Contracts in Solidity and manage them
• Leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing and add new features to projects using Golang, PostgreSQL databases, and Redis
• Work on closed- and open-source projects
• Participate and be involved in all phases of planning
• Own and maintain critical services related to payment infrastructure
• Share and adopt best software development practices
• Diagnose and resolve system issues in production and external customer-facing environments.
