Currently, we are seeking talented React Engineers - from Mid-Level to Senior– to join our team. Responsibilities

• Articulate the high-level business value of projects and translate it into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency, set and enforce development standards, foster cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor teammates to support their professional growth.
• Own front-end architecture, approving technical concepts and realizations to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate the evaluation of build and code quality tools, libraries and frameworks for the engineering team.
• Lead agile Scrum or Kanban processes for your team when necessary.
• Identify and resolve performance issues in software applications, particularly in distributed systems.
• Analyze and understand flows and end-to-end interactions for distributed systems.
• Ensure robust and maintainable code by implementing and advocating for unit and integration testing.
• Drive the development of user-friendly, accessible, and customer-focused front-end solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative technologies to improve processes and solutions.
• Champion ways to automate documentation generation for efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of front-end development experience, with a primary focus on React.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English required.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript.
• Familiarity working with distributed systems, both cloud and local, preferably.
• Proven ability to optimize application performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading front-end teams or serving as a key contributor.
• Familiarity with creating form generation systems that enable users to configure interactive elements. Expertise using React Hook Form or Formik.
• Skilled in building custom design systems.
• Broad knowledge of libraries and tools for solving industry-standard challenges.
• Proficiency in testing, from unit to end-to-end (e2e).

• Knowledge of deployment processes.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Experience implementing accessibility features.
• Understanding of security and authorization best practices.

Salary ranges: 3500 to 6250 EUR gross
