Talent Acquisition Partner

Invertus
Lithuania · Full-time · Entry

We're not short of ambition. We develop an ecommerce platform that is used by a few hundred thousand merchants across the world. We develop digital payment solutions for the biggest brands in the Western payment industry. We enable the largest high-fashion e-retailer in Europe. We invest in AI solutions that will reshape e-commerce of the future. We're a Nordic digital powerhouse with offices in Copenhague and Kaunas, and we're growing in the US, Asia, and the Middle East, and we're set to grow our offices internationally. Yet we're nothing without our people. We need You to help us grow!

Yet, at Invertus, we don't fill in the gaps with new talent. We need exceptional people who share our values and ethos. The ones who are ambitious enough to set themselves a goal to leave a mark in history. The ones that are motivated by fame and victories rather than ticking into the right boxes.

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, we expect you to help us build our champion team.

Your responsibilities at Invertus would be:

  • Owning the entire recruitment cycle in IT teams;
  • Identifying and hunting down the best in-town professionals we need;
  • Building and maintaining the talent acquisition pipeline;
  • Identifying not only professional (our Tech leads and other colleagues will help you with this) but also relevant personal traits to understand who is the best fit;
  • Proactively investigating new ideas to create innovative recruitment strategies;
  • Building and maintaining a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool;
  • Working closely with our Experience team and the C-Suite to help us develop and implement our Employer branding strategy, which occasionally dares to cross the stream of complacency.

We expect you to bring:

  • Deep interest in digital technology: seriously, could you do this job without being a bit of a geek?
  • At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT;
  • Creativity and ability to learn;
  • Highly organized personality;
  • Growth mindset, positive and can-do attitude;
  • Eagerness to innovate and think outside the box;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;
  • Clear and effective communication;
  • Data-driven approach;
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (adequate command in Lithuanian is essential; thus, we'll not proceed with applications where we foresee the requirements are not met);
  • Passion for success.

What We Offer:

  • Professional growth on a global scale;
  • The winning team spirit;
  • Flexibility to do your work your way;
  • The working culture based on high standards: ownership/accountability/transparency;
  • Hybrid working model (3 days in a modern office in the center of Kaunas / 2 – from your preferred location). This is not a fully remote position, and we cannot grant permission to work in the EU. Non-resident applications will, unfortunately, be discarded;
  • The pay range is based on your experience, qualifications, and ambition and is estimated at 2000-3500 EUR (pre-tax).
