Ensuring outstanding customer focus by delivering value-add, best in class PXT support to internal customer groups across multiple geographies:
- Own and manage the relationships with client group Sr Managers and Managers.
- Participate in the delivery of the strategic PXT plan for each business supported, ensuring consistency with EU and global PXT goals.
- Act as a consultant to your client groups and provide input and guidelines on PXT global and local practices.
- Coach, train and guide managers during the Talent Management and Annual Compensation Planning processes. Develop toolkit and communications that help managers to prepare for Talent Reviews
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
- Support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings.
- Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the PXT team in terms of employment legislation, policies and local practices.
- Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills
- Conduct investigations and manage ER cases, in coordination with the Employee Relations and with the Legal departments
- Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field
- Maximum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, however not compulsory
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
- Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English, any additional languages are considered a plus
- Drives recommendations and prioritization. Looks to a lead or manager to put decisions into a broader business context.
- Project management and execution skills.
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
- Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team & business
- Additional fluent European languages
- Coaching and consulting skills
