About the role:

As Information Security Officer (ISO), you’ll be at the heart of the company’s security efforts. Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll take ownership of their Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with key standards and driving improvements.

What you’ll be doing;

• Manage and maintain the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose effective solutions.
• Lead internal ISO audits and ensure GDPR compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to build a culture of security.
• Automate security processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Safeguard the company’s existing certifications while innovating on frameworks to meet future challenges.

Needs;

• Experience in information security, particularly with ISMS management.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, GDPR compliance, and risk management.
• A clear communicator who can engage and educate stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and hands-on, with a talent for automating and streamlining processes.
• Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to work at least three days a week in the office.
• A pragmatic problem-solver who knows how to balance security needs with business goals.
