The Role

We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to craft seamless, user-centered experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating across teams, supporting product, marketing, and delivery functions to ensure our designs meet business goals and user needs. This role focuses on the end-to-end design process, combining research, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design strategies that align with business goals and user needs
• Champion user-first design principles across teams and departments
• Lead the full design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating polished, functional UI designs
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and define design requirements
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to align teams and gather insights
• Guide technical implementation of designs, ensuring usability and aesthetic standards are met
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and validate design decisions
• Monitor user behavior and feedback to optimize and evolve designs continuously
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Manage multiple design projects, balancing deadlines and quality
• Track and report key UX performance metrics (KPIs) to measure impact

Skills & Qualifications;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within tech or SaaS environment
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies
• Awareness of current trends, tools, and technologies in UX design.
