HR Generalist

We are recruiting a HR Generalist for a client based in Porto.

As HR Generalist, you will be part of the HR Department, with primary responsibilities that include:

• Design and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals;
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and hiring processes;
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations;
• Manage employee training and development programs;
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems;
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar areas;
• Experience in senior financial leadership roles;
• Experience in an industrial environment (preferred);
• Proficient in English written and spoken (mandatory);
• Strong knowledge of uMan Expert software is a plus.
